Personal Information:

• Personal details such as payment details and address of the store shall remain confidential and cannot be shared to non-customers.
• The customer will need to provide their personal details such as name, address, phone number, and social media handles for contact and delivery purposes.

Orders/ Payments/ Cancellation:

• Strictly NO Cancellations after payment. 
  
•  Unless full payment, the customer who is unresponsive and unable to be contacted, due to inactivity or deactivation of account, after 20 days of the product being on hand and ready to ship will have their items forfeited and will be sold by our shop to other customers. 
• Buyers who paid but cannot be contacted or did not provide complete details within 30 days after the product is on hand will have their items forfeited.
• Buyers must send their proof of payment via email after paying. All payments must be confirmed by the store and not sending a proof of payment will be equivalent to no payment sent.

Products:

• Small damages and dents on the outbox cannot be a reason for refund. Outboxes are used to protect the actual product inside.
  
• For item with defects or damages, it is required to submit a full, uncut unboxing video for verification.
• In event of items running out of stock, the store will issue a full refund for the customers.

Returns/ Refunds:

• Returns and/or refunds can be made ONLY if there are problems with the quality or product. Wrong sizes or items are also eligible for returns.
• Refunds can be made only once the buyer has returned the item and our store has confirmed receipt.
• Returns and refunds for reasons such as change of mind is not allowed.

Deliveries:

• There might be uncontrollable delays on the shipping of the product thus, we ask for your patience.
• Damages that are done after the product is shipped is not our responsibility anymore. We pack our items carefully so that it will arrive at its best quality.
• ETAs are just estimates, there might be instances wherein the arrival goes before or beyond the date.
