What is the process for ordering?
Place an order > Pay and send the proof of payment via email > Wait for your order to be shipped out
What country are you based in? Do you ship worldwide?
We are based in the Philippines. We currently do not ship internationally.
Are the items in your store in stock?
Majority of the items in our store are for preorder.
What are the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the items?
Most items are pre-order items. We secure your items after payment and the ETA to arrive at the Philippines vary depending on the origin.
China: 10-20 days
Korea: 15-30 days
USA: 20-45 days
Once your order arrives at PH it will be shipped immediately and you will be receiving your tracking numbers. The following are the estimated ship times for local shipping
Metro Manila: 1-3 days
Luzon: 3-5 days
Visayas and Mindanao: 5-8 days
How do we send our payments?
You can send your payment by replying to the order confirmation email you receive. If it cannot be sent, you can send us an email at seventwoeight.ph@gmail.com including the order number in the subject (#728??? Proof of Payment)
What are the local shipment couriers available?
We use JNT for our standard shipping. We also accommodate other couriers if requested. Kindly contact us if needed.
